LifeRing meetings encourage questions, comments, and other feedback throughout the hour. If you have a question, feel free to ask. If you have something to say, say it while it's fresh in your mind. As people become comfortable with one another, the meeting atmosphere becomes like a living room filled with sober friends having a relaxed, free conversation. Laughter is a common ingredient.

It all starts with a friendly conversation.

You're never pressured to commit to a group. You're welcome to show up to any of our public meetings listed.

Some of our facilitators and Volunteers have also struggled with substance abuse.

No pressure, No judgment.

If you're interested in resources for a medical approach, Scott our Licensed Practical Nurse would be happy to discuss options and provide you with a list of resources available in your area.
